By purchasing a ticket to HELLS GALA 2025 — DIA DE LOS MUERTOS (the “Event”), you (“Ticket Holder”) agree to the following Terms of Service and Refund Policy:
All Sales Are Final
All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to: illness, weather conditions, travel issues, scheduling conflicts, or acts of God. Please review your purchase carefully before completing your order.
Event Admission
A valid ticket is required for entry to the Event.Tickets must be scanned and validated by event staff at entry.Re-entry policies are at the sole discretion of the Event organizers.
Event Changes or Cancellations
The Event is subject to change without notice. This includes but is not limited to: venue, date, lineup, schedule, and policies. In the unlikely event of full cancellation (and not rescheduling), refund or credit options may be communicated at the sole discretion of the Event organizers. Partial cancellations, lineup changes, or postponements do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Assumption of Risk
By attending the Event, you voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the event, including the risk of injury, exposure to illness (including COVID-19 or similar), or property loss.
Prohibited Conduct
The Event reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual without refund for disorderly conduct, noncompliance with venue policies, or behavior deemed unsafe or inappropriate by event staff.
Transfer & Resale
Tickets may be transferable only through official channels if permitted. Unauthorized resale or reproduction of tickets is prohibited and may result in denied entry.
Consent to Media
By entering the Event, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded. Your entry constitutes your consent to such media being used in connection with HELLS GALA 2025 marketing and promotional purposes, in any and all media formats.
Consent to Text Messages
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (e.g. cart reminders) from this company and third parties acting on its behalf. Message and data rates may apply.
Agreement
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and Refund Policy. It is your responsibility to review all event-specific policies and updates as posted by the Event organizers.
